BSNL started 4G services in Medak district of Telangana circle

A press conference held at BSNL office in the town where 4G services has started. Speaking on the occasion, he said that 'High-speed 4G services were launched in India. In the first phase district headquarters medak of the state Telangana, installed 4G services covering 409 prominent places. Including Medak, Siddipet and Sangaraddi districts and other 29 areas of Joint Medak Telecom district the first phase 4G services launched.


Currently, BSNL is providing 3G services with High Speed ​​Package Access technology. Similarly, 21.5 Mbps download and 11.2 Mbps upload speed available to bsnl users. There are 3G services available in 186 locations in the district. In the first phase, we are starting 4G services in 72 locations. 4G services are available at a much faster rate than they are introduced. 4G technology with 4G spectrum availability based on 25 mbps to 100 mbps speed, he said. 

At present, 4G services will be available at 29Gbps speed and GM requested all its old customers to upgrade their existing 2G, 3G sim cards to 4G USIM.

BSNL has made it possible to change 4G sim for free in customer centers and bsnl outlets. There are 11,000 customers having in the joint Medak range of which 6,000 are using 4G sim. The rest of the customers are also suggested to migrate to 4G services to use the highest speed data. The 4G services will be extended in 186 locations very shortly till the end of April.
